Built from 100% commercial-grade #304 stainless steel with minimal exterior fasteners, these hoods are easy to clean and engineered to endure harsh outdoor conditions. Whether you’re grilling over live fire or using high-output infrared burners, these commercial-grade hoods handle the heat—and the smoke—with ease.
Models range from 1,200 to 2,300 CFM, giving you the ventilation power needed to keep your outdoor kitchen clear and comfortable. An oversized 32″ deep capture area, 24″ height, and dual banks of stainless steel baffle filters maximize smoke and grease capture while recessed, dimmable LED task lighting keeps your cook area brightly lit. Each hood is finished on three sides with an open back for seamless wall installation and ships ready for top (vertical) discharge but can easily convert to rear (horizontal) discharge on-site using a movable panel for flexible installation.

Optional In-line Blowers: 1266 CFM for remote venting needs
Materials: Commercial-grade #304 stainless steel (22-gauge), Heavy-duty galvanized backing, Dishwasher-safe stainless steel baffle filters (4–8 depending on size), Dimmable 50W halogen or LED lighting system
Installation Tips:
Hoods are engineered with a 32" bottom depth for optimal capture and install flush against walls. Models come with dual discharge setup (vertical/horizontal) and optional telescoping duct covers for 8–10′ ceilings.
Care Instructions:
